切开挂线置管引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨高位肛周脓肿的治疗方法，对40例高位肛周脓肿患者采用切开挂线置管引流术治疗。结果显示，40例患者均一次性治愈，治愈率100％。创口愈合时间25～38d，平均30．5d。随访6～12个月，无复发，无肛门失禁、肛门畸形等并发症及后遗症，肛门功能正常。结果表明，切开挂线置管引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿安全有效，一次性治愈率高，并发症少，最大限度地保护了肛门功能和外形。In order to explore the therapy for high perianal abscess,author＇s hospital performed incision thread-drawing and intubation drainage on 40 cases of this abscess. As results, all of the 40 patients were cured primarily,up to 100% of curative rate;the time for wound healing was 25-38 d（averaged 30.5 d）;the follow-up of 6-12 months did not find any recurrence,anal incontinence and deformity, etc complication and sequel,patient＇s anal function all was normal.Results show that above-mentioned procedure is safe and ef- fective,and of high primary curative rate and less complication,thus can protect anal function and appear- ance at fullest possible extent.
