摘　　要：分析近年来国土资源科技项目管理的成效、面临的形势和挑战,结合项目立项、实施、结题验收到推广转化的流程,从国土资源部层面,以科技项目全程监管平台的搭建为抓手,创新性地在统筹、监管、推广三方面提出一体化的管理模式,同时探讨了项目管理过程中,项目管理部门、承担单位、监督部门等相关主体的协调联动关系,为完善管理体系、提高管理效率提供了思路框架。This paper analyzes the effectiveness of Land and Resources Technology Project Management in recent years,and the situation and challenges we are facing.Combined with project approval,implementation,summing-up and examination,the integrated management model of co-ordination,regulation,promotion and transformation was proposed,from the Ministry of Land and Resources level,based on the building of technology project supervision platform.Meanwhile,this paper discusses coordination and interaction between project management departments,undertaking units,supervision departments and other related subjects,providing a framework to improve the management system and its efficiency.
