摘　　要：业务外包是一种现代化的管理方法。图书馆信息资源数字化三方合作外包,能够合理分工、优化资源、降低信息资源数字化独立外包存在的问题。文章从图书馆信息资源数字化外包的成因、独立外包存在的问题、三方合作外包模式及其优点等方面进行了探讨。The outsourcing of the three-party cooperation of the library information resources digitalization is feasible, for it is a rational division of work and an optimization of resource allocation, which can avoid the problems that the independent outsourcing will bring about. This paper discusses the causes of the outsourcing of the library information resources digitalization and the problems the independent outsourcing will bring about. It also probes the three-party cooperative mode of the library information resources digitalization and its advantages.
