摘　　要：提出一种新颖的基于Beckhoff(倍福)PLC超采样技术的卷烟机重量控制系统,根据烟支重量控制原理设计了该系统的硬件架构及其实现方案。通过现场实验表明:该系统性能稳定,运行可靠,结构简单,便于扩展,具有较高的通用性与一致性,解决了现有的基于专用电路板的重量控制系统存在的诸多问题,对于提高生产稳定性,提升产品质量和精度具有重要意义。This paper introduces a new cigarette weight control system based on the super sampling technology of Beckhoff. According to the cigarette weight control principle, the hardware configuration and implementation method of the system is given. The experiment results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the structure is simple, easy to expand, has high generality and consistence, and it could replace the original analogue control system completely.
