摘　　要：本研究找到适合枯草芽孢杆菌透射电镜样品制备方法,并通过透射电镜观察了枯草芽孢杆菌对称分裂过程中的形态变化。实验结果显示:在对称分裂时,枯草芽孢杆菌细胞膜首先在细胞中间的两侧形成凹陷;随后,凹陷逐渐加深,并在细胞中间形成一个完整隔膜;之后,细胞壁在隔膜附近形成,胞质分裂完成。However, the ultrastructure of Bacillus subtilis during the symmetric division is not reported before. Our study found out an appropriate protocol for TEM sample preparation for Bacillus subtilis, and observed the morphology changes of Bacillus subtilis during symmetric division. We showed that, at the beginning of mid- cell division, the cell membrane of Bacillus subtilis pits at both side of the cell, subsequently, the pits deepens, and a integrated septum forms. Then, cell wall forms and cytokinesis completes.
