摘　　要：中国经济新常态要求对发展成果的核算更加真实和准确,有利于提高经济发展质量和效益。在经济全球化条件下,从反映经济发展成果的真实性和准确性来评价,国民总收入优于国内生产总值,国民净收入优于国民总收入。因此,应当深化统计体制改革,建立以国民总收入和国民净收入为主要总量指标的国民经济核算体系,解决跨国投资收入分割、存货和环境核算等问题。The new normalcy of economy requires that accounting for development result should be more realistic and accurate, will help improve the quality and efficiency of economic development in China. Under conditions of economic globaliza- tion, GNI is better than GDP, NNI is better than GNI, according to the authenticity and accuracy that they reflect the result of e- conomic development. Therefore, we should deepen the reform of statistical system, establish the system of national accounts with GNI and NNI as main aggregate indexes, resolve the income division of cross-border investment , the accounting problems of in- ventory and environment.
