摘　　要：技术创新来源于内源式创新和外源式创新,除自身研发投入外,外部技术的获取也是一个非常重要的方面。对外直接投资对于企业技术创新有什么影响?又如何利用对外直接投资实现技术创新?本文利用中国高新技术产业2002年到2013年的数据,实证检验了对外直接投资对技术创新的影响,研究结果发现,对外直接投资显著地提高了中国高新技术产业的技术创新能力,这种促进作用在不同细分行业上表现出差异;利用断点方法对比分析了不同阶段的影响,研究发现2009年后这种促进作用更加显著。因此,应该加快高科技产业走出去步伐,出台扶持政策,并且在模式上短期内优先选择跨国并购。Technological innovation comes from endogenous and exogenous innovation, in addition to its own R ＆ D investment, the acquisition is also a very important aspect of external technology, foreign direct investments have little impact on the enterprise technology innovation？ Use of foreign direct investment and how to achieve technological innovation？ The use of Chinese high-tech industry in 2002 to 2013 data, empirical test the impact of foreign direct investment on technological innovation, the study found that signiilcant technological innovation capability of China＇s foreign direct investment to improve the high-tech industry, which promote the role of different differences in performance on industry segments： And the use of compara- tive analysis of the impact of the breakpoint methods at different stages, the study found that after 2009 to promote the role of the more remarkable. Therefore, it should accelerate the pace of high-tech industry to go out, support policies, and in the preferred mode of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the short term.
