基于版权交易平台的数字图书馆版权应对研究

摘　　要：通过中介方实现版权交易是目前国内版权交易的主要方式。作为最主要的交易中介方,版权交易平台为版权出、受让方提供版权交易、版权代理登记、信息查询、版权评估等多项服务。国内数字图书馆通过授权签约获取图书作品版权属于版权交易的一种,可采用借助版权交易平台作为中介方的方案实现。该方案具有交易快速、成本低廉、传播高效等优点,同时也存在着数字图书馆因信息不对称而购买了不需要的图书作品版权、数字图书馆与图书作品著作人易产生纠纷的不足。The demestic copyright exchange is generally achieved through the intermediary agent. Intermediary agent plays the most important role in the exchange, copyright exchange platform supplies several services, such as copyright exchange, copyright agent registering, information inquiry, and copyright assessing, etc. It is a kind of copyright exchange for domestic digital library to get the copyright by authors＇ authorization, which can be achieved through the copyright platform as the contermediary agent. The scheme has some advantages, such as fast in the exchange process, economical in cost and effective in spreading, but it also has several disadvantages, such as the digital library buys some needless book copyright because of information asymnetry, dispute may occur between the digital library and the copyright owner.
