摘　　要：美国常青藤大学图书馆战略规划的内容包括使命、愿景、目标、战略4个方面,其具有战略规划性强、战略规划具有整体性及科学性的特点。我国大学图书馆战略规划还存在着战略规划意识不足、体例不健全、缺乏评估与反馈等方面的问题,需要借鉴美国经验,强化战略规划意识、建立健全责任机制、规范战略规划体例、重视战略规划的评估与反馈、加强机构合作。The strategic planning of Ivy League University libraries in the USA includes missions, visions, goals and strategies, is characteristic with strong sense of strategy, integrity, and scientific. The strategic planning of Chinese university libraries has problems with lack of the awareness of strategic planning, structure incomplete, lack of evaluation and feedbacks, and so on. According to the experience learning from the strategic planning of Ivy League Universities in the USA, university libraries in China should strengthen the sense of strategic planning, establish a sound mechanism, develop scientific strategic planning, emphasize evaluation and feedback and improve the cooperation with various agencies.
