摘　　要：《新版中国机读目录格式使用手册》和《中文书目数据制作》是编目员普遍遵循的文献编目准则,然而在中文图书机读目录(CNMARC)编制过程中,编目员仍会遇到一些疑难问题,如题名的著录、责任者的著录、载体形态项著录、丛编项著录、附注项著录、编码数据字段(105字段)著录等。The New China MARC Format Manual and Chinese Bibliographic Data Production are general following cataloging rules for catalogers, but in the preparation process of CNMARC, catalogers still encounter some difficult problems, such as：title description, responsible person description, physical description, series, general note, coded data field, and so on.
