摘　　要：国外图书馆开展电子书馆际互借服务存在许可协议、数字版权管理、专有文本格式等方面的限制。国外图书馆对电子书馆际互借服务进行了开展电子书馆际互借试点项目,寻求可替代传统馆际互借的服务模式的探索。图书馆在开展电子书馆际互借服务时应做到:了解用户需求,分析用户喜好;熟知本馆电子书的许可协议,在协议允许范围内尽可能地提供馆际互借;加强部门之间的合作,选择适合本馆的电子书馆际互借处理模式;与数字出版商谈判,为用户争取最大权益。Foreign libraries carry out the e-book interlibrary loan service has some limitations in license agreement, digital copy rights management and proprietary text format etc. Foreign libraries explore the e-book interlibrary loan service in carrying out the pilot project of the e-book interlibrary loan and seeking alternative to traditional interlibrary loan service model. The library should do the following things when carrying out the e-book interlibrary loan： understanding users＇ needs and analyzing the users＇ preferences; familiar with the license agreement of the e-book of the library and providing the interlibrary loan as much as possible within the scope of interlibrary loan; strengthening the cooperation between departments and choosing the proper processing mode of the e-book interlibrary loan of the library; negotiating with e-book providers and striving for the maximum rights for users.
