摘 要:论文以造纸厂废渣为主要原料,采用烧结法研制建筑用陶粒。分析了制备条件和原料配方对陶粒性能的影响,以抗压强度、堆积密度和吸水率为评价指标。实验结果表明:在105℃干燥10min,400℃预处理30min,烧成温度1150℃,保温30min的烧制条件下,用质量比为9∶1∶1.5∶2的粉煤灰、黏土、玻璃粉和造纸污泥可烧制得到抗压强度55MPa、堆积密度837kg/m3、吸水率0.67%的高性能建筑陶粒。In our experiment, a new type of ceramsite was prepared by using fly ash and sludge from paper mill, and a little of other additive. The effects of preparation conditions and ratio of raw materials on the ceramsite properties such as compressive strength, bulk density and water absorptivity was investigated. It was found that the best conditions were 10rain of drying at 105℃, 30min of pretreatment at 400℃ and 30min of sintering at 1150℃. The best weight ratios of fly ash: clay: glass dust: paper mill sludge was 9 : 1 : 1.5 : 1: 2. Under the best operating conditions, the building eeramsite with 55MPa compressive strength and 837 kg/m3 bulk density and 0.67% water absorptivity was prepared.
