论周连宽档案学思想的特色及影响

摘　　要：周连宽的档案学思想具有以下特色:最早提出管理档案是为了更好地利用档案;深受图书馆学和欧美档案学的影响;强调求真务实,为实际工作服务;注重研究新生事物,倡导运用新技术、新工具处理文书档案工作;高度重视档案库房建设和档案保护技术;缺乏档案是"极其珍贵的史料"的认识。其对中国档案学的影响是:使中国档案学从诞生之时就具有浓厚的行政色彩;有利于促进我国档案利用理论研究;为发展我国档案事业提供思想动力。The features of Zhou Liankuan＇s archival science： it is the first voice that archives management is for better use; it has the influence of library science and archival science from the Western; it emphasize the practical and serve the practical work; it pay attention to the new things and propose new method in the work of archives; it value the construction of archival repository and archives conservation techniques; it lack the thought that archives are precious historical materials. And the influences are mak-ing Chinese archives studies having thick administrative color from the beginning, offering theoretical support for the study of archives＇ users, and promote the further development of archival science.
