文件系列:一种后保管的档案整理与编目方法

摘　　要：国际档案界对于尊重全宗、尊重来源、尊重原始顺序的来源原则存在两种不同的阐释和应用,分别是基于全宗和基于系列的方法,这两种方法的核心区别在于对于定义来源的视角和方法不同。本文论述了文件系列的提出历程、基本内涵、国际回应、实践运用及推行障碍,最后得出文件系列方法的提出是以维护档案的证据性为基本出发点的,文件系列方法的运用应正确处理文件内容信息与文件背景信息的关系,文件系列方法的适用性应通过推动档案理论指导档案工作实践的实证研究得出评判的结论。The international archival archivists have two different interpretation and application lines of the principle of provenance which includes respect of fond, respect of provenance,and respect for original order.One is fond-based approach,advocated heavily in Canada,and the other is series-based approach which finds its roots in Australian and widely applied within its homeland.The core differences of these two approaches are differing perspectives and approaches to defining provenance.The paper discussed origins,con- notations, international reactions,practical applications ,current existing implementation obstacles of the record series approach and system,ultimately concluded that record series is an evidence-based approach, and that the relationship between record subject content and contextual information should be correctly han- dled in its application,and that evaluation of suitability should be derived from empirical study through putting archival theories into conducting archival practice.
