摘  要:介绍了风电用HDAB型偏航制动器缸体铸件代替钢板焊接件及锻钢件的产品性能要求及开发过程。根据偏航制动缸体使用性能,采用耐低温冲击韧性和耐腐蚀性能的QT350-22AL材质、严格控制炉料和铁液成分、优化铸造工艺和热处理工艺,确保了铸件的内外质量。生产结果表明,偏航制动器缸体产品性能满足使用的工况条件。The product performance requirements and development process of the HDAB type wind power yaw brake cylinder block casting instead of steel plate welded parts and forged steel parts are introduced. According to the performance of the yaw brake cylinder, the QT350-22AL material with low temperature impact toughness and corrosion resistance has been used, the charge and molten iron composition have been strictly controlled, the casting process and heat treatment process are optimized, so that the internal and external quality of the casting has been ensured. The production results show that the yaw brake cylinder product performance meets the use of operating conditions.
