摘  要:目的:利用CT和MR图像测量股骨头坏死病灶体积,探讨股骨头坏死体积与临床分期关系。方法:选取本院2011年3月-2014年3月收治的确诊为股骨头坏死患者80例作为研究对象。所选患者均行CT及MR检查,比较两种方法测得的股骨头缺血坏死病灶体积,分析股骨头缺血坏死病灶体积与临床分期的关系。结果:CT及MR测得的病灶体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着股骨头缺血坏死病灶体积占股骨头体积百分比的升高,临床上ARCO分期增加。结论:CT、MR图像可帮助医师准确计算股骨头缺血坏死病灶的体积,股骨头缺血坏死病灶体积的大小在临床分期中具有一定程度的预测价值,值得临床推广。Objective: To measure the necrosis volume of avascular necrosis in femoral head by CT and MR imaging and to explore the correlation between the necrosis volume of avascular necrosis in femoral head and its clinical stages.Method:80 patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were given the examination of CT and MR.The necrosis volumes of avascular necrosis in femoral head measured by CT and MR were compared.The relationship between the necrosis volume of avascular necrosis in femoral head and the clinical stages was analyzed.Result:The difference between the necrosis volume measured by CT and the necrosis volume measured by MR was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).As the percentage of necrotic volume making up the volume of femoral head ascended,the clinical stage of ARCO increased. Conclusion: CT and MR imaging can help the surgeons calculate the necrosis volume of avascular necrosis in femoral head,the necrosis volume of femoral head can e used to predict the clinical stage of ARCO,it is worth of clinical spreading.
