摘　　要：低钠血症是临床上常见的水盐失衡类型,其发生原因很多,严重的可危及生命,病死率很高。因此能够正确认识,及早发现,及早处理,对提高原发病抢救成功率、降低死亡率、缩短住院天数至关重要。近几年,低钠血症逐渐引起临床工作者特别是急诊医师的关注,其诊断与治疗也在逐渐完善,本文就低钠血症的诊疗进展做一综述。Hyponatremia is one of the most common water salt disbalance , it is caused by a lot of the factors.If it is serious that can endanger life, and the fatality rate rate is very high. Therefore, it is important that will help the clinician correctly identify an deal with the patients suffering from hyponatremia,and then improve the survival rate of the patients and decrease death rate,and shorten the hospitalization days. In recentyears, attention has been gradually more paid in clinical practice to hyponatremia especially the emergency , and hyponatremia diagnosis and treatment are also gradually improved, Here is to make a review on the progress of diagnosis and treatment of hyponatremia.
