摘  要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和毛细管流变仪分析了小中空容器专用双峰高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的结构特点、力学性能和加工性能。结果表明:由于特殊的链结构和相对分子质量分布呈双峰的特点,小中空容器专用双峰HDPE的力学性能优异,具有高的耐环境应力开裂性;加工性能与小中空容器专用铬系单峰HDPE相当,加工范围略窄。The structure characteristics,mechanical properties and processing performance of bimodal high density polyethylene(HDPE) for small blow molding container were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and capillary rheometer.The results show that the bimodal HDPE resin for small blow molding container has excellent mechanical properties and high resistance to environmental stress cracking due to its special chain structure and characteristics of bimodal relative molecular mass distribution.The processing performance of the bimodal HDPE resin is basically same with that of unimodal chrome HDPE for small blow molding container,and the processing range of the former is slightly narrow.
