摘　　要：采用概念勘定法,引入环保类群体性事件与邻避事件等相关概念,利用文氏图和概念地图的形式对预防型环保类群体性事件的外延范围及其与其他概念的逻辑关系进行了阐释,并给出了这一概念的定义;而后以此为基础,通过案例佐证,厘清其具体特征。研究发现,预防型环保类群体性事件作为环保类群体性事件的种概念,与邻避事件构成交叉概念,并在实践中展现出地域性与社区性、政府与民众直接对立性、媒体参与的层次性、模仿性等新特征。This article interprets and defines preventive environmental group events by clarifying the extension range of this concept and its logical relationship with other relevant concepts including ＂N1MBY＂ events and environmental group events. Venn diagrams and Concept maps are applied in the interpreting process. Then on this basis, specific features are presented through the case evidence. The findings indicate that as a sub-group of the environmental group events, preventive environmental group events constitute a pair of crossover concepts with NIMBY events, and present new features in practice including regional limitation, direct opposition between government and people, hierarchy of media involvement and imitativeness.
