摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤专科医院医务人员的心理健康与职业倦怠状况及其影响因素,为提出针对性对策和干预措施提供参考。方法选取新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院933名医务人员为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、马斯勒职业倦怠量表—服务行业版(MBI-HSS)和自制个人情况调查问卷对医务人员进行问卷调查。结果不同性别、年龄、从事专业类别、学历、职称、日工作时间等人口学特征的医务人员SCL-90量表不同因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、从事专业类别、学历、职称、日工作时间等人口学特征的医务人员职业倦怠不同维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务人员心理健康及职业倦怠状况不容乐观,应采取必要措施进行心理干预,以促进与保护医务人员身心健康,缓解其职业倦怠状况。Objective To understand the mental health and job burnout status among medical staff in the cancer hospital and analyze their influencing factors, so as to provide reference for targeted countermeasures and intervention measures. Methods 933 medical staffs in the affiliated cancer hospital of Xinjiang medical university were selected as research subjects and evaluated by symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）, maslach burnout inventory-human service survey （MBI- HSS） and demographic characteristics questionnaire. Results The results of SCL-90 in different gender, age, professional category, education level, professional title and daily working hours presented statistical difference （P〈0.05） among medical workers. The results of MBI-HSS in different gender, age, marital status, education level and daily working hours were statistical significant in different dimensions of the job burnout （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The mental health and job burnout status of the medical staff is not optimistic. The medical staff should be relieved by psychological intervention, for improving the mental health and job burnout status of medical staff.
