太乙神针对类风湿性关节炎大鼠TNF-α和可溶性CD4、CD8的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察太乙神针对类风湿性关节炎(RA)大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)、可溶性CD4(s CD4)和可溶性CD8(s CD8)的影响。方法:选取健康SD大鼠40只,随机抽取10只为正常对照组(右侧后足垫皮下注射生理盐水),余30只采用弗氏完全佐剂建立类风湿性关节炎大鼠模型(RA),造模成功后,随机分为模型组(捉拿但不治疗)、普通艾灸组(普通艾条治疗)和太乙神针灸组(太乙神灸治疗),治疗结束后,检测各组大鼠足肿胀度及血清中TNF-ɑ,s CD4和s CD8的含量。结果:模型组大鼠足肿胀度及血清中TNF-ɑ、s CD4和s CD8的含量较正常对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);普通艾灸组和太乙神针灸组较模型组大鼠足肿胀度及血清中TNF-ɑ、s CD4和s CD8的含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中太乙神针灸组效果尤为明显(P<0.05)。结论:太乙神针能减轻RA大鼠足部肿胀度,降低血清中TNF-a、s CD4和s CD8含量,这可能是太乙神针治疗类风湿性关节炎的内在机制之一。Objective： To investigate the effect of Taiyi Shenzhen on TNF-u and soluble CD4, CD8 of rheumatoid arthritis rats. Methods： Selecting 40 SD rats, randomly choosing 10 as the control group （subcutaneous injection normal saline in right hind legs）, adopting Freundg complete adjuvant to es- tablish RA rats model for the rest 30 rats, then further dividing the 30 rats in to model group （ None- treatment） , normal moxibustion group （treated with normal moxibustion） and Taiyi Shenzhen group （treated with Taiyi Shenzhen）. After treatment, testing feet degree of swelling of rats and content of TNF-a, sCD4 and sCD8 in serum. Results ： Feet degree of swelling, content of TNF-o, sCD4 and sCD8 in serum of Model group were significantly higher than control group, differences were statistical signif- icant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; feet degree of swelling, content of TNF-a, sCD4 and sCD8 in serum of normal moxi- bustion group and Taiyi Shenzhen group showed lower feet degree of swelling, content of TNF-a, sCD4 and sCD8 in serum than model group, differences were statistical significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） , among which Taiyi Shenzhen group showed most obvious treatment effect （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Taiyi Shenzhen could greatly reduce feet swelling, decrease content of TNF-o, sCD4 and sCD8 in serum. This might be one of the mechanisms of the treatment of Taiyi Shenzhen on RA.
