蒙洛英对急诊创伤患者镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蒙洛英(复方双氯芬酸钠注射液)在急诊创伤患者的镇痛效果。方法将2014年5月至10月我科就诊的同意使用镇痛剂的急性创伤患者48例,给予肌注蒙洛英25mg镇痛治疗,同时完成其他的相关检查及治疗。观察止痛效果、起效时间、用药前后平均动脉压、心率及呼吸的变化、药物不良反应。结果镇痛有效率达93.75%,镇痛起效时间仅为(2.1±2.1)min;平均动脉压、心率及呼吸用药前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物不良反应少,仅2例出现轻微不适。结论蒙洛英止痛效果明显,不良反应少,起效时间快,可以改善创伤患者的舒适度。可以在急诊科创伤患者中作为一线镇痛药推广使用。Objective To study nalgesic effect of Mengluoying （ compound diclofenac sodium injection ） on emergency trauma patients. Methods From may 2014 to October 2014, 48 cases of patients visited our department agreement to use analge-sic agent of acute trauma patients,accepted the intramuscular injection of Mengluoying 25mg,completed at the same time the other relevant examination and treatment. Then the analgesic effect,onset time,the average arterial pressure,heart rate and respiratory changes,adverse drug reactions were observed. Results The effective rate of analgesia was 93. 75%,the onset time of analgesia was（2. 1 ± 2. 1）minutes;the mean arterial pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate were significantly difference（P〈0. 05）. Only 2 cases appeaved mild discomfort. Conclusion Heroin had analgesic effect,less side effects,faster onset time. It can improve the comfort of patients with trauma,and can be used as a first-line analgesic drug in the emergency department trauma patients.
