摘 要:为了改进矿产资源可持续力模糊综合评价模型,提高其科学性和客观性,本文采用改进的层次分析法和熵权法相结合的主客观权重组合法来确定矿产资源可持续力综合评价中各指标的权重值,与以往的单一赋权法相比,权重确定更加合理。在此基础上,将组合权重法和分级模糊综合评价法有机结合,进行了湖南省矿产资源可持续力综合评价。实例分析表明,根据该方法得到的矿产资源可持续力综合评价结果具有一定的科学合理性,对相关领域的定量化研究有重要的参考价值和推广意义。For the sake of improving the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the degree of sustainable of mineral resources and promopting its scientific and objectivity, improved analytic hierarchy process and entropy method of the subject and object weights combined method are both used in this paper to determine the weights of every index of the evaluation degree of sustainable development of mineral resources,compared with the conventional single weighting method, the method mentioned in this paper makes the weights more reasonable. On this basis, the method of comprehensive assessment of the mineral resources was used in Hunan province, by putting combined weighting method with grading fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method organic. The analysis of examples indicate that the consequences of evaluation of sustainable of mineral resources in this method are in accord with the actual, thus it can be indicated that this method is scientific in the research of the application of the comprehensive assessment of the mineral resources and has a certain reference value and popularization meaning in the quantitative research.
