摘 要:学生体质与心理健康不仅是为了全面推行素质教育促进学生身心健康和谐发展,更是凝练学校体育思想,建构中国特色学校体育理论体系的重大实践问题.近年来我国体育锻炼促进心理效益的综合研究方法及运用能力有所提升,并取得了大量研究成果.但是关于体育锻炼对于心理健康的建设功能,不同心理健康问题采用的体育锻炼干预方案的建立,体育运动与身体认知的相互影响关系及体育锻炼与心理健康之间存在的中间变量及调节变量等方面的研究将成为研究的重点.Students' physical and psychological health is the focus of the schools and the society in recent years, which not on- ly aims to carry out general quality education to improve students' harmonious development in physical and psychological health, but is a significant and practical issue in extracting physical educational ideologies of schools and constructing theoretical system of phys- ical education. In recent years, it has been somewhat promoted and greatly achieved to apply physical exercise to psychological edu- cation in China. However, in other aspects, such as physical exercises' constructive functions to psychological health, establishment of corresponding physical intervention programs for different psychological problems, interactive influences between physical exercise and body cognition, intermediate variables and moderating variables existed between physical exercise and psychological health will be the focus of the future study.
