摘　　要："工匠精神"是工匠对自己的产品精雕细琢、精益求精的精神理念,将这种理念应用到学术期刊编辑工作中,就是要树立爱岗敬业的人生价值观,确立精益求精的工作理念,锤炼耐心、专注、坚持的工作品质,坚守严谨细致、一丝不苟的工作态度,在日常的编辑、加工、校对工作中,多一份专注,多一份细致,多一份严谨,多一份诚信,多一份执着,多一份坚持,把精美的期刊奉献给广大崇尚科学的有识之士.Craftsmanship is the concept of craftsmen＇ s chasing and refinement. Its application in academic journal editing is to establish the outlook of devotion to work, the concept of refinement, the characteristics of patience, concentration and perseverance, and the attitude of accuracy and exactness. In daily editing, the more concentration, exactness, strictness, faithfulness, persever- ance and persistence will present the refined journals to the readers.
