钢丝张力带联合髌骨环治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用钢丝张力带联合髌骨环治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效及优势。方法：2009年2月至2013年8月，采用钢丝张力带联合髌骨环治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折78例，其中男49例，女29例，年龄18-75岁，平均48.5岁，均急诊手术治疗，术后随访观察骨折愈合情况及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果：所有患者均获得骨性愈合，愈合时间为4-9个月，平均6.9个月，未发现内固定物松动、断裂失效等情况，末次随访 Bostman 评分，优69例，良8例，差0例，优良率100%。结论：采用钢丝张力带联合髌骨环治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折能做到坚强固定，利于早期功能康复，骨折愈合率高，且并发症少，是种理想选择。Objective： To discuss the clinical of using tension band steel wire combined with patellar ring in the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture. Methods： From Feb.2009 to Aug.2013,78 cases of patients with comminuted patellar fracture, including 49 males, 15 females, aging 18 to 50 years, average 48.5 years old, were treated with tension band steel wire combined with patellar ring. Results： All fractures were healed, heal time was 4to 9 months, average 6.9 months, no internal fixation loosening, fracture failure were found. At the last time of follow-up, the clinical results wire assessed according to the Bostman scores： excellent in 69 cases, good in 8 cases. The excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion： Tension band steel wire combined with patellar ring for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture can fix rigidly, it benefit for early functional rehabilitation with high fracture haling rate and fewer complications,it is a ideal treatment method.
