摘 要:为减少池塘底泥对养殖水环境的影响,以硝酸钙和养殖池塘底泥沉积物为研究对象,采用模拟试验方法,探讨了添加硝酸钙对池塘沉积物理化因子的影响。结果表明:添加硝酸钙后,表层沉积物间隙水中NH4^+-N浓度持续降低,最终降至初始值的14.78%;同时可以显著降低表层和深层沉积物间隙水中的PO4^3--P的浓度,在表层降低的幅度较大,第7-28天可降低超过85%的PO43--P。试验结果表明,添加硝酸钙可以显著改善池塘底泥沉积物中NH4^+-N和PO4^3--P的含量,研究结果对减少池塘底泥沉积物的修复具有积极的生态学意义。In order to reduce the influence of pond sediment on aquaculture water, the author studied the effects of adding Ca(NO3)2 on the physical and chemical factors of sediment by the method of simulate experiment. The results showed that NH4^+-N concentration in interstitial water of surface sediment reduced after adding Ca(NO3)2, eventually reduced to 14.78%. At the same time, the PO4^3--P concentration ininterstitial water of surface and deep sediment reduced significantly. And the reduction was bigger in surfacesediment, the PO4^3--P concentration reduced by 85% from the 7th to the 28 thday. The results showed that theNH4+-N and PO4^3--P in pond sediment could be reduced after adding Ca(NO3)2, and it had ecological significance for the repair of sediment in pond.
