摘 要:以N80为供试菌株,研究了N80对草甸黑土中氯嘧磺隆的降解能力,并测定了N80菌株的接种量、底物氯嘧磺隆初始量、土壤中的水分及土壤不同类型对氯嘧磺隆的降解效果。结果表明:当底物的浓度为20 mg/kg时,在灭菌草甸黑土中添加N80菌株5×1014CFU/g,N80对底物氯嘧磺隆的降解率由32.5%增加到87.7%,而在没有灭菌的土壤中添加N80菌株后,底物氯嘧磺隆的降解率由47.5%提高到94.4%。同时对不同性质的棕壤土和草甸黑土接种降解菌N80,第30天测定棕壤土和草甸黑土中的氯嘧磺隆降解率分别为49%、87.5%。底物氯嘧磺隆含量20 mg/kg、N80接种量为5×1014CFU/g、土壤水分含量30%时,在草甸黑土中N80对氯嘧磺隆除草剂的降解效果较好。N80 was taken as the tested strain to study the degradation effect on chlorimuron-ethyl in meadowchernozemic soil. The effects of inoculum size of N80, initial dosage of the substrate chlorimuron-ethyl, soilmoisture and types on the degradation of chlorimuron-ethyl were studied. The results showed that chlorimuron-ethyl degradation rate increased from 32.5% to 87.7% when the substrate concentration was 20 mg/kg and N805 × 1014CFU/g was added into the sterilized meadow chernozemic soil. In contrast, chlorimuron- ethyldegradation rate increased from 47.5% to 94.4% in the non-sterilized soil when N80 was added. Meanwhile,the chlorimuron- ethyl degradation rates were 49% and 87.5% respectively in brown soil and meadowchernozemic soil after N80 was inoculated for 30 days. When the substrate chlorimuron-ethyl was 20 mg/kgwith N80 inoculum size of 5×1014CFU/g and soil moisture content of 30%, N80 had the best degradation effecton chlorimuron-ethyl herbicide in meadow chernozemic soil.
