摘 要:用原位法合成了含硼的双酚S甲醛树脂/纳米SiO2(nano-SiO2)杂化树脂,并用于固化双酚A环氧树脂。用差示扫描量热法、动态力学分析、热重研究了玻璃纤维增强复合材料的固化、动态力学性能及热性能,并对其力学性能和电性能进行了测定。结果表明:随着nano-SiO2含量的增加,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度降低,固化峰顶温度降低,但电性能变化不大。w(nano-SiO2)为3%时,复合材料的起始热分解温度最高,达335.1℃,比未加nano-SiO2的复合材料高18.3℃,此时拉伸强度和简支梁缺口冲击强度分别提高39.06MPa,34.51 kJ/m2。Boron-containing bisphenol-S formaldehyde/nano-SiO2 hybrid resin synthesized via in situ polymerization was used to cure epoxy resin-based bisphenol-A. The curing,dynamic mechanical properties and thermal stability of the glass fiber-reinforced composites were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and thermogravimetry(TG).The mechanical properties and electrical properties of the composites were tested. The results show that the glass transition temperature and the curing peak temperature of the composites decrease with increasing nano-SiO2 content,however,the electric properties of the composites has little change. When the mass percentage of nano-SiO2 is 3%,the initial decomposition temperature of the composite reaches 335.1 ℃,which is the highest and 18.3 ℃ higher than that of the composite without nano-SiO2. The tensile strength and the Charpy notched impact strength of the composite containing 3% of nano-Si O2 by mass are increased by 39.06 MPa and 34.51 k J/m2,respectively,in comparison with those of the composite without nano-SiO2.
