摘 要:直接在聚合釜中开发出熔体流动速率为13.3g/10min,弯曲模量为849MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为52.40kJ/m2的聚丙烯(PP)合金。将聚合工艺、组成、性能进行关联,发现当气相聚合釜中乙烯与(乙烯+丙烯)的摩尔比[n(C2H4)∶n(C2H4+C3H6)]为0-0.320时,PP合金的冲击强度增长较快;当n(C2H4)∶n(C2H4+C3H6)分别为0.320,0.357时,冲击强度可达50.00kJ/m2以上;n(C2H4)∶n(C2H4+C3H6)大于0.357时,PP合金的冲击强度显著下降。将PP合金的二甲苯可溶物(XS)含量、冲击强度以及动态力学行为中PP松弛峰温度与乙丙橡胶相松弛峰温度的差(t1-t2)进行关联发现,当PP合金中w(XS)低于15.0%时,冲击强度较低,t1-t2较高;当w(XS)增至21.0%时,冲击强度快速提高,t1-t2显著降低;当w(XS)大于26.2%后,冲击强度缓慢降低,t1-t2又升高。The polypropylene(PP)alloy with melt flow rate of 13.3 g/10 min,flexural modulus of 849 MPa and Izod notched impact strength of 52.40 k J/m2 was developed directly in the polymerization reactor. The relation of polymerization process,composition and mechanical properties was studied. The impact strength of the PP alloys showed a rapid growth trend when the molar ratio of ethylene to total ethylene and propylene in the gas phase reactor was 0-0.320;the impact strength was above 50.00 k J/m2 when the molar ratio was 0.320,0.357 respectively;the impact strength dropped significantly when the molar ratio was more than 0.357. The relation of xylene soluble content,impact strength and dynamic mechanical behavior(the difference in temperature between the relaxation peak of PP and the relaxation peak of ethylene propylene rubber)of the PP alloys was studied. The impact strength was low and the difference in temperature was large when the xylene soluble content was lower than 15.0% by mass;the impact strength increased rapidly while the difference in temperature decreased significantly when the xylene soluble content was increased to 21.0% by mass;the impact strength reduced slowly while the difference in temperature rose again when the xylene soluble content was more than 26.2% by mass.
