摘  要:利用氙灯紫外人工气候老化和热氧老化箱对苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物/甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯腈接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混物(简称AEMS)进行人工加速老化试验,研究了人工气候老化对AEMS外观、力学性能、热稳定性和化学结构的影响。结果表明:AEMS耐人工气候老化和热氧老化性能优于丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物;随着EPDM含量的增加,AEMS的热稳定性提高;延长老化时间,AEMS大分子主链脱氢、脱氰基和脱苯环,羟基先生成后脱离,少量EPDM大分子断链;经过1 000 h老化,AEMS中有羧基和醛基生成。The artificial acceleration aging experiments of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer/ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)grafted by methyl methacrylate acrylonitrile copolymer blends(refer to as AEMS)were carried out in xenon lamp ultraviolet weathering aging and thermal oxidative aging box. The influences of artificial weathering aging on the appearance,mechanical properties,thermal stability and chemical structure of AEMS were studied. The results show that AEMS has higher artificial weathering aging resistance and thermal oxidative aging resistance in comparison with acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer. The thermal stability of AEMS is improved with the increase in the content of EPDM. The degradation of AEMS occurs with extending weathering aging time,following mechanism of dehydrogenation,decyanation,debenzolization,and the formation and removal of hydroxyl group. This degradation process is accompanied with a small amount of macromolecular scissors of EPDM. There is formation of carbonyl and aldehyde groups after 1 000 h aging process of AEMS.
