摘  要:黄河库区泥沙淤积严重,黄河周边煤矿采空区塌陷事故频繁发生,急需充填加固.基于此,将小浪底库区泥沙作为骨料,加入水泥、粉煤灰及减水剂、促凝剂和激发剂3种外加剂,配制充填材料,用以解决库区泥沙淤积和煤矿采空区塌陷等问题.试验结果表明,在普通硅酸盐水泥400 kg/m3、粉煤灰400 kg/m3、泥沙800 kg/m3、水400 kg/m3、添加外加剂的情况下,配制得到的充填料浆坍落度适中,流动性较好,凝结时间符合要求,无泌水、离析等现象,28 d强度也比较理想,达到了较好的充填效果.The sediment deposition of the reservoir area of the Yellow River is serious, and the collapse accidents in coal mine gob area surrounding Yellow River occur frequently, therefore, filling reinforcement is needed urgently. Based on this, the filling materials taking the sediment of Xiaolangdi reservoir as an aggregate and added into the cement, fly ash and three kinds of additives of water reducer, accelerator and activator, are prepared to solve the sedimentation in the reservoir area and coal mining subsidence and other issues. The test results show that the filling slurry prepared by ordinary portland cement 400 kg/m^3 , fly ash 400 kg/m^3 , sediment 800 kg/m^3 , 400 kg/m^3 of water and some admixtures has a characteristics of a moderate slump, a good liquidity, a setting time meeting the requirements, no bleeding and segregation, and an ideal 28 d strength. A better filling effect is achieved.
