氨压缩机酸油耗量高的原因分析及处理措施

摘　　要：氨压缩机在试车时机械密封存在较大的泄漏导致酸油耗量高,对压缩机的稳定运行构成较大威胁。通过分析酸油耗量高的原因,提出改进措施,有效地解决了酸油耗量高的问题。During test run of ammonia compressor, large amount of leakage from mechanical seal leads to high consumption of acid oil, which will threaten the steady operation of the compressor. This paper studied the reason of high acid oil consumption and proposed the modification measures that solved the problems.
