段塞式堵水封窜技术在塔河油田的应用

摘  要:针对新疆塔河油田高温高矿化度强漏失超深井封堵施工要求,提出新型段塞式堵水封窜技术,优化了前置段塞堵剂配方:硅酸钠加量(质量分数,下同)为2.0%~10.0%,活化剂HJYS为0.4%~1.0%,缓凝剂YJ为0.2%~2.0%;封堵段塞堵剂选择堵漏剂NPA作为主剂,适宜的加量为40%~80%。110,120℃下封堵段塞堵剂抗压强度均大于15 MPa,能满足施工工艺的要求。在塔河油田高温高矿化度强漏失超深井现场试验9口井,施工后工艺成功率100%。年平均单井阶段累计增油759.1 t,取得了较好的封堵效果。In view of the requirements of blocking construction in high temperature,high salinity,and strong leakage ultra deep well at Tahe Oilfield in Xinjiang,a new slug type water shutoff and channel sealing technology was developed,and the formulation of the pre- slug plugging agent was identified by optimization: the addition of sodium silicate is 2. 0% to 10. 0%,the addition of Activator HJYS is 0. 4% to 1. 0%,the addition of Retarder YJ is 0. 2% to 2. 0%,and the optimum addition of plugging agent NPA,i. e. the main agent of slug plugging agent,is 40% to 80%. The compression strength of the slug plugging agent is greater than 15 MPa at 110 ℃ and 120 ℃,showing that it satisfies the requirement of construction. This slug type plugging agent has been used in 9 high salinity and strong leakage ultra deep wells of Tahe Oilfield with the post-construction technology success percent of 100% in a trial test at site. The average annual oil production of one single well is 759. 1 t,showing that the blocking effect is good.
