摘　　要：没收国际合作中的保全是基于请求国的请求而实施,具有临时性、紧迫性,其保全的对象在诉讼中具有双重作用。冻结和扣押是没收国际合作中通常较为通用的保全措施,主要是基于外国的没收请求、外国的冻结令或扣押令和被请求国的考虑,根据有关情形而采取。The confiscation of property preservation in international cooperation is implemented upon the re-quirement from the requesting country and has the characteristics of being temporary and urgent .The preserved subject has dual functions in lawsuit .Freezing and detaining are common preservation measures in the confiscation of property preservation in international cooperation which are taken according to the relevant situations in terms of the requirement from alien countries , freezing or detaining orders from alien countries and the requested countries .
