睾丸原发肿瘤高磁场磁共振成像与多层螺旋CT成像中表现对比研究

摘　　要：目的通过对睾丸原发肿瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与磁共振成像(MRI)表现的对比研究,探讨评价其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的23例睾丸原发肿瘤的MSCT与MRI平扫及增强的表现征象,通过对比研究,讨论其临床应用价值。结果本组23例睾丸原发肿瘤患者中,睾丸生殖细胞瘤22例(包括精原细胞瘤12例、混合性生殖细胞瘤5例、畸胎瘤2例、胚胎癌2例、卵黄囊瘤1例),非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例。结论通过对比研究MRI与MSCT,可以对提供睾丸原发肿瘤的准确定位、表现以及周围情况,对其术前诊断分期、术后放疗及化疗方案的设计制定,都有着十分重要的指导意义。Objective To study the CT and MRI manifestations of primary testicular tumor,and to evaluate its value in clinical application. Methods A retrospective analysis of CT and MRI in 23 cases with testicular operation,pathology of primary tumors and enhanced CT manifestation. Through comparative study,its clinical application value was researched. Results Among 23 cases of primary testicular tumor patients,there were 22 cases with testicular germ cell tumor（ including 12 cases with seminoma,mixed germ cell tumor in 5 cases,2 cases with teratoma,2 cases with embryonal carcinoma and yolk sac tumor in 1 case）,and 1 case with non Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. Conclusion The comparative study of MRI and MSCT can provide accurate positioning,primary testicular tumor and surrounding conditions,and it has very important guiding significance for the diagnosis of preoperative staging,postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy plan design.
