水性环氧乳化沥青路面封层的应用研究

摘　　要：水性环氧乳化沥青不同于传统热塑性沥青材料,具有超强的黏结力、良好的水性和易性、优越的高温稳定性。针对无锡某县道沥青路面出现的病害情况,在对比多种路面封层养护技术的基础上,提出采用水性环氧乳化沥青封层技术进行路面养护施工,对水性环氧乳化沥青封层技术的应用效果进行实际测试。测试结果表明,性能最优、价格适中的水性环氧乳化沥青封层技术具有良好的应用效果,不仅可以起到胶固松散集料、封闭裂缝的作用,而且有效改善路表抗滑性能。Different from the traditional thermal plastic asphalt material,waterbome epoxy emulsified asphalt has strong cohesion,good water resistance workability,excellent high- temperature stability.Based on the asphalt pavement rut diseases on a county road in Wuxi,this paper compares various pavement seal coat maintenance technology,puts forward the waterbome epoxy emulsion asphalt seal coat technology,and tests the actual application effect of it The test results show that,the waterbome epoxy emulsion asphalt seal coat technology with optimal performance and moderate price has a good application effect,which not only can play a role in cementing loose aggregate and sealing crack,but also effectively improve the skid- resistance performance.
