摘　　要：农民工市民化进程的推进是我国城镇化的关键。文章通过分析现阶段农民工的人力资本状况,从人力资本的视角,探讨人力资本因素对农民工市民化进程的影响。To promote the process of citizenization of migrant workers is the key of China＇s urbanization. This paper investigates the present situation of rural migrant workers＇ human capital and the influences of human capital factors on the process of citizenization of rural migrant workers, aims to provide certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the development of migrant workers＇ citizenization from the perspective of human capital.
