摘　　要：西藏黄牛是以产乳为主,乳、肉、役兼用的小型地方原始品种,其耐粗饲料、抗逆性好、乳脂率高,是农区群众生活物质——酥油和奶茶的主要原料来源,但与国外高产奶牛比较存在一定差距,加快黄牛改良是发展提高农牧民收入的有效手段。针对贡嘎县黄改工作中存在的认识误区和工作缺陷,本文从正确认识西藏黄牛资源和国外高产奶牛品种基础上,提出保护利用好西藏黄牛种质资源,制定黄改方案实施,加强杂交后代的选育,性别控制和胚胎移植技术应用,大力发展饲料生产,狠抓动物防疫工作等建议又好又快推进贡嘎县黄改工作。Tibet cattle are milk-based,milk,meat,labor used along with small local origi-nal varieties,and its resistance to roughage,good resistance,high fat percentage,are agricultur-al areas people living matter - the main raw material for butter and milk sources,but with for-eign high-yielding dairy comparison there are some gaps and accelerate the development of cattle improvement of effective means to improve farmers＆#39;income.Deficiencies and misunderstanding of Gonggar County cattle improvement in the Present,on the basis of the correct understanding of Tibet resources and foreign high-yielding dairy cattle breed ,We protect and made good use of Tibet cattle germplasm to develop cattle improvement program implementation, strengthen breeding hybrids,sex control and embryo transfer technology,vigorously develop feed produc-tion,pay close attention to animal epidemic prevention work,make Gonggar County cattle im-provement work to promote sound and rapid.
