摘 要:本文研究了一种用于铁氧体粉体喷雾造粒的双组分粘结剂,分别是大分子量的粘结剂A和小分子量的粘结剂B,进行了试验双组分粘结剂和传统PVA粘结剂喷雾造粒粉料,并将其压制成同规格252012磁芯(1模5穴)。实验数据表明:使用双组分粘结剂的粉料成型压力仅为902kg,而传统PVA粘结剂的粉料成型压力为1034kg。并且压制的磁芯密度要大0.05g/cm3,磁芯热震性能要好、430℃不开裂,磁芯的力学强度同比要大4N,为生产铁氧体造粒粉料提供了一种全新的配方体系。This paper has researched a two-component adhesive for ferrite powder spray granulation, which are the macromolecule hinder A and small molecular binder B.
