摘  要:目前华北油田煤层气排采以抽油机为主,煤层气井在排采后期日产水量比较低,造成抽油机系统效率低、能耗比较高,因此在现场开展数控电潜管式泵排采试验,满足煤层气井小排量、低功耗的排采需求。现场试验表明,数控电潜管式泵相比抽油机系统节电率高达50%,节能效果比较明显。数控电潜管式泵具有泵效高、无杆管偏磨、节能降耗的优点,在煤层气井上有着很好的应用前景。At present the pumping unit is mostly used in Huabei Oilfield CBM exploration. Because the daily water production is very low in CBM wells at the later period of production, the system efficiency is low and energy consumption is high. The electric submersible tubing pump production test is developed to meet the needs of small displacement and low power on CBM production. The field tests show that the pow- er saving rate of the electric submersible tubing pump is 50% compared to pumping unit. The energy saving effect is notable. The electric submersible tubing pump has such advantages as high pump efficiency, no rod string and tubing wear and energy conservation, which is of the good application prospect in CBM wells.
