石化企业VOCs治理技术的发展及应用

摘　　要：随着国家VOCs排放的控制日益严格,石化企业对VOCs治理工作正在进一步加大力度。但由于石化企业逸散VOCs组成复杂,排放无规律,在治理过程中,难以选择恰当的治理技术。分析了国家标准对VOCs的治理要求,梳理了现有石化企业VOCs治理的成熟技术、应用场合和效果,提出了VOCs综合治理的工作方法和重点。With the stricter exhaust emission regulations for VOCs,petrochemical enterprises are strengthening pollution control over VOCs. However,since complicated composition and irregular emissions of exhaust gas in petrochemical enterprises,it is difficult to select appropriate treatment method. This paper analyzes the national standards for VOCs and summarizes the application fields and effect of mature treatment technology for VOCs in present petrochemical enterprises. It also proposes the working methods and focus for comprehensive treatment of VOCs.
