新生代农民工城市融入现状与实践探索——以绍兴市为例

摘　　要：新生代农民工出生和成长在改革开放的年代,相对第一代农民工来说,他们生活条件较好,文化程度高,但不熟悉农业生产。他们不安心在农村工作而向往城市,但现有的政策,使他们在进入城市工作过程中,融入较为困难,面临着工作、生活、学习等方面的发展障碍。绍兴市作为中国品牌经济城市,有大量的新生代农民工来到绍兴工作、生活。为促进新生代农民工更好的城市融入,绍兴市政府建立了相应的管理网络,进行了管理创新。共青团组织在新生代农民工的人生观引导、权益保护、职业培训等方面进行了相应的实践与探索。The new generation of migrant workers were born in the age of reform and opening-up. Compared with the first generation of migrant workers,they have better living conditions,are better educated and aren＇t familiar with agriculture. They dream of living in city.But because of the current policy,they have difficulties in city integration,and face obstacles in work,life and learning. As a brand economy city,Shaoxing has attracted lots of the new generation of migrant workers. To help them better integrate in city life,the government makes corresponding management network and innovation. The Communist Youth League organizations also make corresponding practice and exploration for the new generation of migrant workers in view of life leading,rights and interests protection,and vocational training.
