摘　　要：本文通过分析临床路径(clinical pathways,CP)实施过程中存在的难点问题,探讨可行性解决对策,主要包括健全组织管理体系和管理机制,强化学习和培训、建立激励约束机制、规范路径病种选择和标准制定、建立信息化管理平台等途径,以促进CP的实施和推广。Feasible countermeasures are explored through analysis of difficulties existing in the implementation of CPs（clinical pathways）. Solutions include improving organization and management system and mechanism, strengthening learning and training, establishing incentive and restrictive mechanisms, regulating disease pathway selection and standards, building information management platforms and others to promote the implementation and popularization of clinical pathways.
