论邓小平国际战略思想的范式、逻辑及价值取向

摘　　要：邓小平国际战略思想富含具有鲜明时代特征的思想元素,他开创了一种不同以往的新国际战略思想范式,这使当代中国外交摆脱了以激进革命视角看待世界,以斗争方式处理国际事务的理念与行为模式,从而为其在合作共赢基础上实现与国际社会和平相处奠定了思想基础。这种能动的塑造性国际战略思想还以其内在逻辑规划了中国外交非霸权主义的目标追求方向与非暴力主义的手段应用方式,并预设了和谐世界的价值取向。因此,其对当代中国外交具有思想与实践的双重价值。Being an important embodiment of distinctive characteristics of the time, Deng Xiaoping＇s international strategy has provided a new paradigm of international strategies. It modified the extremely radical and revolutionary way in dealing China ＇s contemporary foreign affairs and other international issues, which laid ideological basis for the mutually beneficial cooperation and the peaceful coexistence with international community. The logical structure of Deng Xiaoping＇s international strategy thought also supports some key points in China＇s foreign policy, such as not seeking hegemony and the principle of nonviolence in diplomacy.With the presumption of value orientation of harmonious society, Deng Xiaoping＇s international strategy thought has both theoretical significance and practical value for the contemporary diplomacy of China.
