云南省农民工社会保障制度模式

摘　　要：农民工随着经济社会快速发展而逐渐衍生壮大,他们建设城市繁荣农村。云南省作为我国西部经济的重要枢纽站,出现了农民工大量涌向城市务工潮流,而社会保障制度的缺失却一直阻碍着农民工的发展。从农民工社会保障权益缺失的原因着手,对制度模式进行定位和选择分析,进一步提出了建立合理完善的农民工社会保障制度的建议,在一定程度上为完善云南省农民工社会保障制度,打破城乡两级分化,实现共同发展提供理论支持。Migrant workers are increasingly growing with fast development of economic and social,they construct cities and prosper rural area. Yunnan province is an important junction center station in west economy of our country,a large number of migrant workers flock to the cities,and absence of social security system hinder development of rural migrant workers. Cause of lack of social security rights and interests of migrant workers were analyzed. System model was fixed and choice was analyzed.Suggestions to establish reasonable improvement of migrant workers social security system were further put forward. It could improve migrant workers social security system in Yunnan province in some certain extent,differentiation of urban and rural areas were broken,and theoretical support to realize common development was provided.
