摘　　要：进入新世纪,随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,社区统战工作面临前所未有的新形势与新任务。怎样开展好新时期的社区统战工作,如何创新新形势下努力团结社区不同阶层人士、不同岗位人员在社区内形成"小社区,大统战"的统战格局,取得实实在在的成效,已经成为当前社区统战工作面临的新课题。In the new century, with the deepening of reform and opening up and improvement of socialist market economy, community united front work is facing an unprecedented situation and new tasks. How to carry out the community united front work well in the new period and how to unite people of different classes and positions to form the united front pattern of ＂small communities, large united front＂ within the community, which has become new issues for the community united front work. This paper discusses several aspects such as the characteristics of members, the main method, the mode, measures and work experience of carrying out community united front work, and studies how to do united front work well in the new period.
