摘　　要：中国共产党作为马克思主义执政党,它有着执政党的一般特征。同时,作为马克思主义执政党,它也有自己的特征,即具备长期执政的资格,处于相对和平的环境,具有与群众天然联系的优势。中国共产党与西方执政党在执政文化、执政基础、执政党与政府的关系方面,在执政党与军队的关系方面,都有着本质的区别。The Communist Party of China, as the Marxist ruling party, has general characteristics of ruling party. Meanwhile, it also has its own characteristics, which is qualified for long-term ruling, in a relatively peaceful environment, has the advantage of natural ties with the masses. The Communist Party of China is essentially different from the western parties in power in ruling cultural, ruling foundation, relationship between ruling party and government, and relationship between ruling party and the military.
