摘 要:针对六辊矫直机不能对管材头尾实现"三点压弯"进行矫直的问题,采用了双曲线辊型和二辊反弯辊型相结合的复合辊型管材矫直机对管材全长进行高精度矫直。以金属弹塑性理论为基础,推导了强化金属管材弯矩公式,并根据此公式通过Matlab编程计算最佳二辊反弯曲率比取值,与以往依靠经验取值的方法有所不同。通过Matlab求解辊型曲线,并绘制了相应的辊型图。通过有限元模拟软件Marc,建立复合辊型矫直机模型,对矫直过程进行有限元分析,最终得到最佳压弯量(第一对辊子1.0 mm,第二对辊子1.15 mm,第三对辊子1.15 mm,第四对辊子0.4 mm)和压扁量(11.5 mm)。For the problem that the six-roller straightener could not straighten the tube ends by"three-point bending",the composite roll shape straightener with hyperbolic roller curve and two-roller reverse bending curve was adopted to straighten the total length of the tube.According to the metal elastic-plastic theory,the hardening tube bending monment formula was deduced. Based on the formula,the optimized reverse bending curvature ratio was calculated via Matlab which is different from that depending on experience as usual. The roller curve was calculated via Matlab and the corresponding roller curve graph was drawn. The FEM( finite element model) of composite roll shape straightener was built and the straighten process was simulated by the finite element software Marc,and the optimized bending and squash amount were determined by numberical simulation analysis such as the first pair of rollers 1. 0 mm,the second pair of rollers 1. 15 mm,the third pair of rollers 1. 15 mm,the forth pair of rollers 0. 4 mm and squash amount 11. 5 mm.
