摘 要:由于传统锻模设计多为人工完成,工作强度高且效率低下,为了提高叶片锻模的设计效率,简化设计人员的工作强度,使叶片锻模的设计自动化、规范化,提出了一种基于知识驱动的叶片锻模智能化系统设计。为此,构建了以实例推理和基于规则推理的智能化设计方法,通过对设计原则等知识的获取和再利用,实现产品自上而下的设计。研究结果表明,叶片锻模智能化设计系统在企业实际生产中能对经验规则进行较好的整理和重用,有效提高了叶片锻模设计效率。The traditional design of forging die is mostly done manually with high working intensity and low efficiency. The system of turbine blades forging die based on knowledge driven was proposed in order to improve design efficiency,simplify the designer's work,and automate and standardize the design of blades forging die. Therefore,the intelligent design method of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning was built. The products were designed with the top-down method by obtaining and reusing the knowledge of the design rules.The results show that the intelligent design system of turbine blades forging die can be organized and reused in the actual experience rules better in the practice,and the design efficiency of blade forging die can be improved effectively.
